Cruz Communications GmbH fully recognises the importance of protecting your personal data. We therefore process your data exclusively in accordance with the legal regulations (GDPR, TA 2003). This privacy statement explains how Cruz Communications handles the data that is collected via our website www.cruzcommunications.com.

Personal data includes last name, first name, address, email address, phone and fax number, and is stored for the following legal grounds:
• To fulfil our contractual obligations to you
• For our own statutory, contractual and other legal obligations (such as compulsory record retention pertaining to accounting, tax law…) as well as in line with § 96 of the Austrian Telecommunications Act
• In the interests of improving our services

When contacting us via the form on the website, or by email, we store the data you supply for the purposes of processing your enquiry and answering any follow-up questions. We do not forward this data without your consent. Furthermore, under no circumstances will you be asked to disclose financial information.

Cookies
Our website uses cookies. These are small text files stored on your end device by your browser. They cause no damage. We use cookies to make our services more user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser the next time you visit. Web-analyses
Our website uses the functions of the web analytics service Google Analytics, from Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). You can prevent this by setting up your browser not to store any cookies. We have signed a corresponding contract with the provider on commissioned data processing.

Data is processed according to the legal stipulations of § 96 Para 3 of the Austrian Telecommunications Act as well as Art 6 Para 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interests) of the GDPR. Our concern in respect of the GDPR (legitimate interests) is the improvement of our website and our range of services. As the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is pseudonymised [pseudonymisation is recommended under the legal grounds of “legitimate interests”]. Newsletter
You have the option of signing up for our newsletter via our website. To do this, we need your email address and your consent to receiving the newsletter. We will immediately delete your data in relation to receiving the newsletter.  

Your rights
You have the fundamental rights of disclosure, rectification, deletion, restriction, data-transferability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data has violated data privacy law or has in any way harmed your data protection rights, you may lodge a complaint with the regulating authorities. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority.

We would like to point out that terms used only in the masculine form are merely for the purposes of readability. Of course, we refer to both genders in these instances.
